To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we knowingly waive any right to trial by jury in any action arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms.

Governing Law; Exclusive Venue

Any action shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Monroe County, Florida, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the appropriate federal court serving Monroe County, Florida.
